Commercial HVAC Technician (HVAC)

Location: Portland, Maine, serving the Portland-to-Auburn, Maine area; field-based service dispatched from home

Salary: $36.00 per hour starting pay, plus overtime potential

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and related equipment across the assigned service territory.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and assist with equipment installations as needed.
• Coordinate territory activities with the Territory Technician Lead, dispatch, and service teams.
• Resolve customer needs efficiently while building trusted regional client relationships.
• Maintain the take-home company truck as a clean, stocked, and reliable mobile office.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing safety training.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Gas License required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field service role.

Nice to have

• Oil and Solid Fuel license.
