Sr. Associate, Business Development Card Personalization (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Nebraska, United States; approximately 30% travel required.

Salary: $81,662–$134,741 annually base pay.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline through market evaluation, targeted outreach, and relationship development.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales, trade shows, conferences, and referral networks.
• Create proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and marketing materials with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide expertise on card personalization trends, competitors, and innovation opportunities.
• Support client onboarding and collaborate with production, operations, product, and account management teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in the financial services industry; card industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to sell to card issuers and corporate prospects and build long-term partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Availability for approximately 30% travel.
