Project Manager (Climate Technology)

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday and flexible work location on Fridays

Salary: $84,740–$118,860 annual base salary

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through completion within defined timelines and scope.
• Track project progress, maintain schedules, action logs, documentation, and project data.
• Coordinate tasks and resources across Digital Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams.
• Identify issues, propose basic solutions, and escalate risks, blockers, and delays.
• Maintain project information in Wrike, Jira, Confluence, and related trackers.
• Support operational activities, internal communications, stakeholder surveys, and continuous improvement of project workflows.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow structured processes, manage multiple priorities, and escalate appropriately.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain accurate project information.
• A four-year degree is not required; practical experience and potential are valued.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Wrike, Jira, Figma, or Confluence.
• Experience supporting digital product, UX/UI, or engineering teams.
