Project Coordinator (HVAC)

Location: Marietta, Georgia — In-Office; Atlanta Service Center

Salary: $25.72–$42.45 per hour

What you will do

• Support Project Managers with project execution, schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate daily scheduling for technicians, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across HVAC projects.
• Prepare status updates, reports, meeting materials, documentation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Track project progress, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when needed.
• Maintain project files, records, management systems, and reporting tools with accurate and current information.
• Coordinate training activities and contribute to process documentation, standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 4+ years of related project coordinator experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and business or client-needs interpretation skills.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Knowledge of or interest in HVAC products, services, and turnkey projects.
• PMI certification.
