Global Capital Markets - Relationship Manager II

Salary: $89,000.00–$148,300.00 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and the daily administration of Global Capital Markets accounts and transactions.
• Monitor operational systems, account activity, internal controls, risks, and regulatory compliance.
• Review legal documents and agreements and provide comments to counsel.
• Coordinate with attorneys, financial advisors, service partners, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to structure and close transactions.
• Execute cash flows, fee billing, reporting, receivables collection, and other account administration activities.
• Support sales calls, client meetings, presentations, new business development, projects, and mentoring of less experienced associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 6 years of combined higher education and work experience including 2 years in the field.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Ability to work in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States of America.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Experience with specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership in jobs or projects.
