What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts and transactions.
• Monitor account systems, operational activity, internal controls, and risk levels.
• Review legal documents and provide comments on agreements with counsel.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance and risk monitoring with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
• Structure and close transactions with attorneys, financial advisors, clients, and service partners.
• Support sales activities, fee proposals, billing, receivables collection, client meetings, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or a combination of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience including 2 years in the relevant client service area.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, laws, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
