Base salary: $87,400–$120,200 per year, with potential variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Review sales practices involving general securities, options, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
  • Supervise specialized reports and referrals that identify potential policy violations and unusual trading patterns.
  • Communicate with advisors, field leaders, and clients to assess recommendations, suitability, fiduciary duties, and best-interest standards.
  • Deliver one-on-one training and education to advisors and coach positive behavior.
  • Coordinate supervision requests with business partners, Legal, Compliance, and other operational teams.
  • Support process improvements and represent supervision activities during examinations, investigations, and arbitration matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEC and other regulatory rules applicable to relevant financial products.
  • Ability to handle complex suitability, disciplinary, advisor, and client discussions and document supervision evidence factually.
  • Strong proficiency with supervisory systems, computer programs, and technology used to improve efficiency.
  • Active Series 7 is required; Series 24 and 63/65 or 66 must be held or obtained within the specified exam periods.
