What you will do

• Support client service and business development for the Global Family Office Investment Practice.
• Coordinate portfolio management, product management, operations, reporting, and other functions to resolve client issues and execute requests.
• Develop an understanding of client investment objectives and align them with hirify.global solutions.
• Build relationships with family office executives, investment professionals, advisors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Support client and prospect meetings by preparing presentations, investment reviews, and subject matter experts.
• Lead onboarding for new investment mandates and client relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Knowledge of public and private asset classes, investment solutions, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and family office industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Several years of experience interacting with institutional investors or similar professional contacts.
• College or university degree.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required, or must be obtained within 90 days.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
