Relationship Manager Associate Deposits CRE (Fintech)

Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Salary: $71,869–$114,797 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop new commercial deposit relationships and prepare relationship plans and calling schedules.
• Present Treasury Services and other banking products to existing and prospective clients.
• Identify referrals, coordinate with product specialists, and build complete banking solutions.
• Negotiate transactions and price Treasury Services products using approved models.
• Monitor portfolio profitability, account activity, credit quality, risk, and policy compliance.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunities and client communications while tracking sales goals and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of financial services experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to report to the designated City National office is required unless the position is explicitly identified as fully remote.
