Install Productivity Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Home / Mobile, CA-001, Santa Clara, CA, United States; travel required 25% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $172,000–$236,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Partner with business units to improve out-of-box quality and serviceability of system shipments.
• Drive design-for-installation initiatives and define product installation strategies focused on safety, quality, cycle time, and cost.
• Plan workforce and installation resources, coordinate spending, and use data to improve nonconformance, beyond-specification, and new product introduction outcomes.
• Standardize data governance and key performance indicators while driving systemic fixes from field feedback.
• Improve supplier testing and analytics, installation documentation, training, tooling, continuous improvement processes, and lessons learned.
• Advance digital tools and AI for predictive planning, quality assurance, technology governance, and future technical talent development.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness to improve financial and operational performance across business units or functions.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers and executing functional business plans.
• Advanced analytical judgment for resolving highly complex or unusual business problems.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations with sensitivity to the audience.
