Quality Document Control Supervisor

Location: Camarillo, California, USA; hybrid schedule with four days onsite and Friday remote; US residency required; approximately 10% travel

What you will do

• Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop Document Control Specialists while managing workloads, priorities, performance reviews, and coverage planning.
• Handle escalated customer-specific compliance inquiries and coordinate resolutions with Legal, ESG, Business Units, Supply Chain, HR, and Procurement.
• Oversee customer portal access, compliance submissions, outgoing documentation reviews, ESG/CDP/CSA data cycles, RBA surveys, and audit-ready records.
• Design and implement document processes, templates, workflows, governance standards, and process improvements across Agile PLM and document management systems.
• Conduct and supervise quality audits, monitor KPIs such as turnaround time and submission rates, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Track product compliance requirements covering Conflict Minerals, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, California Proposition 65, human trafficking and slavery, waste frameworks, material declarations, and IPC compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related discipline, or an Associate’s degree with 4+ years of progressive document control or product compliance experience.
• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience, including the ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.
• Experience in a semiconductor environment and working knowledge of RoHS, REACH, TSCA, Conflict Minerals, and California Proposition 65 regulations.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and CDP; RBA/EICC audits and SAQ processes; and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or IATF 16949 systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PLM and document management tools, and statistical or database applications such as JMP; proven project management and communication skills are required.
• Must be a US resident and able to travel approximately 10%.
