Specialist Operational Control

Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona or Austin, Texas

Salary: $22.02–$36.06 per hour

What you will do

• Reconcile trading and distribution-related activity across trading platforms and banking vendors.
• Research reconciliation breaks, identify root causes, and escalate issues that may create operational risk.
• Maintain accurate procedures, issue documentation, statistics, and audit-ready follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal partners and subject matter experts to resolve issues and communicate business impacts.
• Participate in projects, peer reviews, process improvements, and user acceptance testing.
• Train colleagues on assigned functions and provide timely updates on trends, aging items, and emerging concerns.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent banking or trust experience.
• At least 2 years of brokerage, transfer agent, bank, or trust operations experience.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, prioritization, and judgment skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume work and multiple deadlines independently and collaboratively.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of risk and analysis experience.
