Electrical Design Manager

Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to choose the work location on Fridays.

Annual base salary: $65,200–$118,860.

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of electrical designers.
• Manage project assignments, team objectives, timelines, and adherence to standard work procedures.
• Drive team performance and professional growth through regular coaching, one-on-one meetings, and development opportunities.
• Approve weekly team timecards using Kronos.
• Conduct year-end evaluations and performance-related conversations.
• Support decisions related to promotions, compensation, and corrective action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.
• Ability to manage performance, provide constructive feedback, and support project execution.
