Salary: $107,900–$183,800 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Project Engineers.
• Oversee project execution, resource allocation, prioritization, schedules, budgets, and customer requirements across multiple initiatives.
• Manage pricing, bookings, forecasting, revenue, gross margin, backlog, and P&L performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments, factories, and vendors to resolve operational issues and manage scope, budget, and schedule changes.
• Drive process compliance, continuous improvement, proactive problem-solving, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Coach employees, conduct quarterly reviews, support development plans, and ensure compliance with company, customer, and government policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 6–8 years of related engineering, project management, or operational leadership experience.
• At least 4 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, development, and performance management.
• Relevant technical expertise and leadership training may be considered in combination with experience.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credential is preferred.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.
