Senior Manager, Medicare Sales (Healthcare)

Location: Remote field-based role requiring residence in the East Texas area, specifically Tyler or Longview, Texas, or willingness to relocate there. Travel of up to 50% is required, with daily face-to-face interactions and occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings.

Salary: $77,000–$215,100 per year, including base pay and targeted commission.

What you will do

• Coach, mentor, educate, motivate, and train a team of Medicare sales associates.
• Increase sales by resolving operational issues and developing creative solutions while following CMS guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, internal and external business partners, medical providers, and community organizations.
• Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interactions with individuals and groups.
• Develop marketing budgets and identify branding and community engagement opportunities.
• Support sales meetings, customer appointments, and events that may occur during evenings or weekends.

Requirements

• Residence in the East Texas area, specifically Tyler or Longview, Texas, or willingness to relocate is required.
• Active health insurance license is required.
• At least two years of Medicare sales or related sales experience and a strong producer background.
• Experience leading sales associates and training teams in sales techniques, educational presentations, technology tools, and relationship building.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and iPhone applications.
• Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting applicable minimum requirements are required.

Nice to have

• Project management experience or certification.
