Medicare Regional Sales (IC) Senior Manager - Texas (Medicare)

Location: Fully remote, available in the US only; preference for candidates located in Texas. Territory covers the full state of Texas. Extensive travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Base pay: $119,400–$179,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead Individual Medicare sales across an assigned Texas territory through Broker Sales Representatives.
• Develop and execute local market growth strategies, including broker distribution and membership growth plans.
• Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, agencies, providers, community organizations, and internal business partners.
• Analyze sales performance, identify market opportunities, remove enrollment barriers, and drive operational execution.
• Coach, develop, and manage sales talent while building a high-performing geographically dispersed team.
• Present business strategies and performance updates to executive leadership and collaborate with finance, network, contracting, marketing, product, compliance, and sales operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least five years of Medicare sales, managed care, health insurance, or related healthcare sales experience.
• At least three years of leadership experience managing sales teams, broker distribution, or field-based sales organizations.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and the Medicare Advantage marketplace, with demonstrated success achieving sales, membership growth, and performance objectives.
• Current resident Health and Life Insurance License, or the ability to obtain and maintain the required license.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and organizational skills, executive communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools. Salesforce is preferred.

• Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading Medicare broker distribution across multiple states or large geographic territories.
• Experience developing strategic broker partnerships and leading geographically dispersed field sales teams across multiple markets.
• Experience collaborating with network management, provider performance, contracting, finance, marketing, and sales operations.
