Engineering Technician II (T2)

Salary: $21.50–$29.20 per hour

What you will do

• Perform routine to moderately complex design, testing, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Test and troubleshoot system-level and component-level electrical and mechanical problems.
• Perform new system and NPI installations, field upgrades, and testing on semiconductor manufacturing platforms.
• Work from schematics, diagrams, layouts, plans, and technical descriptions.
• Compile logbooks, test procedures, and other engineering and manufacturing documentation.
• Perform rework after testing, generate Quality Notifications, and follow all safety and security procedures.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to technical activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot typical problems using established procedures and technical methods.
• Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation and information exchange.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Relocation is not eligible for this position.
