Salary: $30.00–$36.00 hourly

What you will do

• Work from assembly drawings, manufacturing outlines, worksheets, and parts lists to perform test and troubleshooting.
• Operate and interpret test equipment (power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and data acquisition systems) for performance testing.
• Set up performance tests for assemblies, sub-assemblies, and systems, including fixtures/tooling and potentially temperature chambers.
• Maintain process certification and ensure traceability of hardware and materials.
• Diagnose common test failures with Engineering and recommend or perform rework to correct discrepancies while preserving unit integrity.
• Document drawing/test nonconformances and review build schedules to meet established time standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related electrical testing experience.
• OR an associate degree/certificate in electronics technology or related field with 1 year of experience.
• OR a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English, including basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to follow strict Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) regulations for Safety Sensitive Work (SSW) and participate in the company’s FAA Drug & Alcohol Program.
