Salary: $110,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical oversight of bridge, retaining wall, and other structure construction projects.
• Review and accept contractor submittals related to falsework, excavation shoring, prestressing, driven piles, and CIDH piles.
• Oversee construction inspectors and assure the quality of structures work.
• Develop bridge deck, soffit, and column elevations and perform structures-related surveying, including bridge deck grading.
• Coordinate with contractors, construction inspectors, the Resident Engineer, design engineers, and materials testers.
• Maintain accurate construction records and prepare technical reports on project progress and site activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum ten years of building construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, environmental, and site conditions.
• Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and related physical activities, including occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 35 pounds.
• Successful completion of applicable pre-employment substance screening and background checks.
