Full Stack Software Engineer (Java/Spring Boot)

Location: Hybrid, within a 180-mile radius of the Bloomington, Illinois or Richardson, Texas hubs

Salary: $85,500–$125,000 per year, with potential annual incentive pay of up to 15% of base salary

What you will do

• Build and enhance the Agent Office Identification platform, including agent locator, search, microsites, and supporting APIs.
• Own software solutions from concept through production and contribute to technical decisions.
• Modernize legacy systems into reusable, cloud-native services.
• Collaborate with product, business, analytics, UX, and engineering partners to identify problems and deliver solutions.
• Deploy and support applications on AWS and Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS.
• Improve data quality and security while using AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional software development experience, or a relevant bachelor's degree with internship or project experience.
• Full-stack development experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and JavaScript.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications on AWS, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
• Ability to design scalable, object-oriented applications using modern design patterns and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with automated testing, relational databases, Angular, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the U.S. immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.
