Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA, United States

Annual salary: $105,000–$215,000

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, .NET or Java services, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Design cloud-native architectures using managed services, event-driven patterns, infrastructure automation, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Build AI-powered development tools and automation for delivery acceleration, testing, code quality, security remediation, and engineering productivity.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices while implementing monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and reliability improvements.
• Drive architectural decisions, engineering standards, documentation, and developer productivity initiatives across teams.
• Lead design sessions and code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of experience with .NET, Java, ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or similar backend frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Redux, Hooks, and responsive or adaptive design.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, JSON, XML, YAML, and distributed systems.
• Experience operating cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP and deploying customer-facing solutions with observability and reliability considerations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices.
• Experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, or PowerShell.
