Full Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; permanent U.S. work authorization required. Candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship, including OPT, CPT, H1, or H4, are not eligible.

Salary: $82,400–$123,600 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Design and build full-stack features for professional services and strategic resourcing applications.
• Develop REST and GraphQL APIs, data models, and modern front-end interfaces.
• Build AI-enabled capabilities including LLM-backed services, RAG, prompt design, and agentic or MCP-based integrations.
• Use AI coding tools and help establish effective, responsible development practices.
• Investigate production issues and data flows across CA PPM, Beeline, Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects, Oracle data systems, and custom applications.
• Collaborate with technology teams, vendors, customers, project managers, and internal stakeholders on implementations and ongoing support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, Node.js, REST or GraphQL APIs, relational databases, and modern web development.
• Front-end experience with Vue or a comparable modern framework, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL SQL dialects, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and JavaScript unit testing tools such as Sinon.js.
• 2+ years building and maintaining full-stack applications with ownership of features through production.
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants and working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and vector or embedding-based retrieval.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship and staffing partner or corp-to-corp arrangements are not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle Project Financials, Clarity, NSQL, Custom Objects, Processes, GEL Scripting, or Lookups.
• Experience integrating LLM or AI services into production applications.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or major cloud providers.
• Experience with SOA debugging and Oracle data warehouse environments.
