Head of People Operations and Total Rewards (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the AI-enabled transformation of People Operations by automating workflows and redesigning processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Own global HR operations, including HRIS administration, data integrity, and process documentation.
• Design and manage global compensation programmes, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity.
• Oversee the global benefits portfolio, managing vendor relationships and regional programme design across EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
• Drive annual compensation review cycles, pay equity analysis, and gender pay gap reporting.
• Manage and develop a small global team, setting priorities and building capability across time zones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with depth in both operations and compensation/benefits.
• Deep expertise in total compensation design, including salary structures, equity, and benefits in a multi-jurisdiction environment.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to HR processes, such as workflow automation or predictive analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of global employment law, including Irish legislation, GDPR, and EU Pay Transparency Directives.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms like UKG, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in the technology or hardware industry with familiarity in global tech compensation dynamics.
