hirify.global is a fast-growing quantum computing company operating across Ireland, the Netherlands, Romania, the US, and Canada.

What you will do

• Build and continuously improve scalable HR processes, policies, templates, systems, and data governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure audit-ready compliance covering right-to-work, GDPR, mandatory training, employee relations, records, contracts, and local requirements.
• Develop compensation foundations, including salary bands, levelling, location-based benchmarking, internal equity, and review cycles.
• Establish people metrics and practical performance and development frameworks covering goals, reviews, calibration, promotions, and manager enablement.
• Own the employee lifecycle, recruitment operations, hiring governance, headcount planning, budgets, and onboarding readiness.
• Manage payroll, benefits, contractors, EOR engagements, work permits, cross-border hires, external providers, and HR advisors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, ideally in a scaling technology or R&D environment.
• Experience with Irish employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries and coordinating legal, payroll, benefits, and other external providers.
• Strong knowledge of employment contracts and HR compliance fundamentals.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgets, headcount planning, approvals, and compensation inputs.
• Excellent communication, sound judgement, discretion, organisation, and the ability to work with ambiguity and minimal supervision.

• Experience building HR processes from an early-stage environment into repeatable, scalable operations.
• Experience supporting recruiting operations and managing agencies, contractors, and embedded recruiters.
• Experience working across the Netherlands, Romania, the US, or Canada.
