What you will do

• Own end-to-end people operations including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and HRIS management
• Manage physical office spaces, team culture, and remote-friendly rituals
• Organize board meetings, prepare materials, and handle investor communications
• Review and manage vendor and partner contracts and relationships
• Collaborate daily with founders, CBO, lawyers, and investors
• Automate repetitive tasks using AI to focus on judgment-heavy work

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in North America or Europe
• 3+ years experience in operations, corporate admin, or legal ops at a high-growth startup
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple high-stakes processes without errors
• Contract fluency to identify commercial risks and know when to consult legal counsel
• Comfortable working across time zones with a global team
• AI-native mindset to automate repetitive work
