Director, AI Services

Location: Remote (United States)

Base salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Build and scale the AI and data services portfolio.
• Lead client-facing engagements from discovery and data readiness through AI deployment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Define repeatable service offerings, delivery methodologies, quality standards, tools, and reusable assets.
• Advise client executives and translate AI and data capabilities into business value.
• Own delivery quality, staffing, capacity, scope, performance, revenue, margin, and recurring revenue targets.
• Build and lead the AI and data services team while partnering with Sales and business leaders to grow strategic client relationships.

Requirements

• Direct client-facing AI delivery experience, including scoping, delivering, or leading AI solutions into production.
• Strong knowledge of applied AI and modern data technologies, including LLMs, agentic workflows, automation, data architecture, integration, and analytics.
• 10+ years of experience in technology or professional services, including 5+ years leading a business unit, service line, or delivery organization.
• Experience with P&L ownership, revenue and margin accountability, and scaling new service offerings or delivery capabilities.
• Experience defining delivery methodologies, standards, and tooling, as well as scoping and selling complex engagements to executive-level buyers.
• Strong people leadership, client-facing technical team development, and executive communication skills.

• Experience serving SMB and mid-market clients.
• ERP, CRM, business systems, data and analytics, or technology consulting background.
• Experience with managed services, subscription, or retained advisory models.
• Experience in a private equity-backed organization or relevant AI platform certifications.
