Professional, Technical Product Management (Mortgage Solutions)

What you will do

• Drive execution and modernization of standalone Collateral Management System platforms within the Mortgage Solutions group.
• Define and prioritize product features, write user stories, manage the backlog, and track client enhancement requests.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and explain technical topics to clients and business stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with financial institution clients and coordinate execution with delivery, product, and engineering leadership.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, weekly sprints, monthly deployment cycles, and client UAT sign-offs.
• Investigate issues, analyze databases, and conduct code reviews to support legacy-system reverse engineering and modernization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in technical product management, technical business analysis, or development team leadership.
• Experience defining and prioritizing product features through user story writing.
• Practical knowledge of cloud-native environments and Lean Software Development principles.
• Experience managing client-facing UAT processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and drive technical results.
