Technical Product Manager - Fund Services

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 annual base salary plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Identify market, client, prospect, and internal stakeholder needs and evaluate legal, regulatory, technical, operational, commercial, and ROI considerations for new fund-services products.
• Shape product strategy and roadmaps, define requirements and use cases, and design functional sketches, process flows, schematics, and prototypes.
• Develop scalable solutions by applying business design principles and reusing existing product microservices, capabilities, and technology architecture.
• Partner with Systems, Technology, Change Management, Operations, and business stakeholders to assess feasibility, costs, timelines, risks, governance, and delivery strategies.
• Act as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams when required and drive delivery, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of agreed product outcomes.
• Support client demonstrations, sales discussions, rollout, adoption measurement, feedback analysis, and ongoing product-roadmap evolution.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to identify core business problems and opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate complex challenges into practical product solutions.
• Technical understanding and the ability to influence and sponsor technology-development initiatives.
• Understanding of project-delivery methodologies, particularly Agile development and Scrum.
• Understanding of data-related challenges and potential technology solutions.
• Strong commercial and ROI mindset, with the ability to assess the value and impact of product decisions.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to engage directly with clients and prospects, represent product capabilities externally, and build relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, Change Management, and other business functions.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to translate concepts into clear visual representations using PowerPoint, Visio, or similar tools.
