Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, and occasional in-office participation may be required.

Base salary: $100,100.00–$223,080.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, planning, execution, business outcomes, and customer experience for Vendor Finance technology products.
• Develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, manage timelines, and ensure delivery within budget and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate technology, business, risk, compliance, sales, marketing, digital channels, internal service partners, and third-party vendors.
• Evaluate product initiatives for feasibility, value, operational risks, compliance, audit requirements, and customer impact.
• Monitor competitors and technology trends, present initiatives for management approval, and apply emerging technologies including AI.
• Manage, motivate, develop, and staff the Product Development Management team and key contributors.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience and typically 3 years of prior management experience.
• Knowledge of product management, product development strategy, business objectives, customer solutions, sales, and marketing.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, solve problems, apply design thinking, and develop technology solutions.
