Lead Tech Product Mgr

Salary: $128,400–$192,600 USD annual

What you will do

• Define the technical product vision and strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Plan and prioritize product roadmaps with business, architecture, UX, and product management stakeholders.
• Detail software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support product trade-off discussions, negotiations, and development execution.
• Monitor product performance, represent the customer voice, and ensure product viability, business alignment, and user experience quality.
• Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products or product lines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing complex or high-priority technical products.
• Ability to define product direction at the team, group-of-teams, or multiple-groups level through user stories, features, or epics.
• Ability to resolve complex issues using broad and in-depth professional knowledge.
• Ability to lead significant projects with strategic autonomy and influence executive decisions.
• Ability to mentor less experienced staff and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is desired.
• Certification is required in some areas.
