Equipment Project Manager (HVAC)

Location: San Antonio, Texas; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays

Salary: $65,200–$118,860 annual base salary; incentive eligible

What you will do

• Administer, implement, and manage HVAC equipment projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, and project parameters.
• Plan complex equipment applications and create project schedules with tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate with building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, other trades, customers, and field support staff.
• Compare equipment ship dates with contractor schedules and ensure compliance with internal ordering processes.
• Enter equipment orders, issue purchase orders, and generate work orders for equipment start-ups.
• Manage project cash flow through progress billing, collections support, cost forecasting, expense control, and resource management.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent with at least two years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; alternatively, at least four years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience are considered, and candidates without a four-year degree are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
