Annual base salary: $77,963.33–$109,340.00

What you will do

• Manage project financials, administration, implementation, schedules, documentation, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project teams and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate project scope, costs, schedules, contract documents, customer expectations, and project risks.
• Monitor cash flow, forecasts, expenses, collections, applied costs, margins, and monthly backlog reporting.
• Qualify and manage subcontractors, including RFQs, subcontract awards, execution, billing, communication, and safety requirements.
• Investigate customer concerns, implement corrective actions, and provide timely project updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience with project schedules or project management construction software.
• Extensive financial analysis experience, including cost segregation, margin analysis, earned value management, or similar project-based methodologies.
• Strong project financial management skills combined with technical or construction knowledge covering scope, schedule, and risk.
• Experience resolving collections and customer financial issues during project execution.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions within the previous 3 years.
