Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote across the United States; approximately 5–10% travel is required, including onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as needed.

Salary: $101,600–$152,400 annually, based on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with healthcare revenue cycle operations teams and translate operational needs into structured technology requirements.
• Document, refine, and manage product requirements throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize, build, test, and deploy solutions into live revenue cycle operations.
• Coordinate operational testing, capture feedback, and ensure deployed technology continues to perform effectively.
• Maintain accurate development timelines, KPIs, roadmap information, and feature documentation.
• Coordinate work across distributed global product team members, delegating responsibilities and maintaining accountability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management consulting, product management, healthcare RCM technology implementation, or a closely related field.
• Ability to translate complex operational processes into structured technology requirements.
• Experience working in or closely with agile engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across operational, technical, and executive audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, especially back-end insurance billing and follow-up processes.
• Experience with Aha or similar product management and roadmap tools, and Azure DevOps or comparable agile platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to write basic queries independently.
• Experience deploying rules-based automation, AI, or LLM-powered solutions in operational settings.
• Experience managing distributed product team members or working in healthcare RCM technology consulting.
