Field Recruiter

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, hiring decisions, and offer negotiation.
• Recruit for property management, hospitality, and food & beverage roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define staffing needs, job descriptions, hiring criteria, and interview processes.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies through social media, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Improve recruitment processes while balancing speed and quality.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring progress updates, risk flags, and mitigation recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, food & beverage, or a similar high-volume, customer-focused sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute role-specific sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Gem and LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and data-driven recruiting practices.
• Ability to follow federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.

• Fluency in Spanish.
