What you will do
- Lead technical discovery and solutioning for the Customer Service Automation portfolio, including Intelligent Virtual Agents and Analytics.
- Deliver high-impact, customized demos and presentations that illustrate a vision of exceptional customer experience.
- Craft creative and differentiated responses to RFIs and RFPs to distinguish the company from competitors.
- Design and execute Proof-of-Value (POV) to demonstrate real-world ROI and accelerate deal velocity.
- Track market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies across AI and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical expertise and upskill adjacent teams, serving as a go-to voice for AI.
Requirements
- 7+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture for complex enterprise software.
- 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience.
- 5+ years of contact center experience with deep familiarity of the CCaaS landscape.
- Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills.
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-code automation platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM).
