What you will do
- Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives with prospective enterprise customers.
- Design and present customized demos that connect customer service automation capabilities with business value.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs with differentiated technical solutions.
- Design and execute proof-of-value engagements to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
- Track competitive positioning, market trends, and emerging technologies across AI, digital, analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical expertise and help adjacent teams build AI knowledge.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, presales, or sales architecture for complex enterprise software sales.
- 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience.
- 5+ years of contact center experience with strong knowledge of the CCaaS landscape.
- Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills.
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-code automation platforms.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, HTML, CSS, DOM, and browser developer tools.
