What you will do

• Lead discovery, workshops, and solution design to understand customer architectures and constraints.
• Design and present multi-system architectures integrating GraphOS into modern cloud-native environments.
• Lead value-focused demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for audiences ranging from developers to C-suite executives.
• Resolve technical blockers related to security, compliance, and performance to de-risk and win complex deals.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feed field insights back into the product roadmap.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to reusable reference architectures and playbooks.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a pre-sales Solutions Engineering or equivalent technical customer-facing role.
• Deep domain expertise in APIs and integration, including REST, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Proven track record owning complex technical evaluations and PoC implementations for enterprise accounts.
• Strong architecture skills across modern web and cloud stacks.
• Executive-level communication and storytelling skills.
• Fluency in sales processes and value-based selling methodologies.

Nice to have

• Hands-on GraphQL experience, including schema design and federation.
• Background as a software engineer or architect.
• Experience selling developer-focused platforms into large or regulated enterprises.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and networking topics.
• Experience with AI-augmented or agentic workflows.
