Casino Systems Project Manager (Gaming)

Location: Work from home 100% of the time or from one of the global offices; hybrid work with mandatory project travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of gaming system projects from inception through installation, including new products, systems integration, process improvements, and infrastructure deployments.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Coordinate Sales, Systems Engineering, Services Consultants, Product Development, clients, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Map current operational workflows and design optimized future-state business processes.
• Coordinate documentation for system conversions, software upgrades, third-party interfaces, business logic, reporting, and workflow forms.
• Configure proprietary software platforms and deliver hands-on training for client operational teams when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of dedicated IT project management experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering multiple highly technical projects concurrently across business and engineering teams.
• Experience gathering, documenting, estimating, assimilating, and prioritizing technical requirements based on business input.
• Familiarity with PMI methodologies or SAP, MS Office Suite, and MS Project.
• Working knowledge of networked systems, IT inventory management, technical platform deployments, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Gaming operations experience and knowledge of gaming regulations, casino operations, or slot technology.
• Knowledge of standalone networked and wireless gaming devices.
• Exposure to SAP Project Systems or PPM.
