Project Manager III

Location: Remote within approximately a 70-mile radius of hirify.global office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. Hybrid workplace; occasional onsite interviews or in-person onboarding may be required.

What you will do

• Manage the installation and implementation of software for hirify.global complementary products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management lifecycle processes and procedures.
• Coordinate internal technical and non-technical resources with customer stakeholders.
• Create, update, and maintain implementation calendars and project schedules.
• Monitor escalations and track them through resolution.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with project stakeholders.
• Must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of an eligible hirify.global office location in the United States.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience managing IT implementation projects.
• Experience with hirify.global products and services.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
