Agency Bill Invoicing Analyst

What you will do

• Review insurance documents and accurately enter agency bill transactions.
• Process agency bill transactions and provide invoices to account managers on time.
• File transaction support accurately and promptly in ImageRight.
• Collaborate with service team members to resolve transaction errors.
• Build effective working relationships with office staff and support teamwork, knowledge sharing, and departmental efficiency.
• Participate in training and continuing education covering industry information, products, legislation, coverages, and technology.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, and Excel.
• 1–3 years of office experience.
• Working knowledge of financial accounting.
• Working knowledge of contracts.
• Ability to work from the Daytona Beach, Florida office.
