HR Services Hub Analyst (Latam/Noram)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US employees, including regular, off-cycle, bonus, commission, and special payments.
• Review payroll calculations, deductions, tax withholdings, garnishments, benefits deductions, and 401(k) contributions.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local US payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, and applicable labor requirements.
• Conduct payroll audits, reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries, and support month-end and year-end close.
• Implement system updates, test new functionality, and improve payroll processes through automation.
• Resolve employee inquiries through the ticketing queue, managing follow-ups and SLA-based closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of personnel administration and senior HR or payroll experience.
• Experience processing the complete US payroll cycle and knowledge of multi-state payroll laws, taxes, benefits, calculations, and W-2 requirements.
• Experience in a shared service center environment, including tier-level support, escalations, and ticket handling.
• Good knowledge of SAP Payroll, HR vendor systems, MS Excel, and other MS Office tools.
• Advanced English skills required; the role is based in Mexico City under a hybrid work model.

• Canadian payroll experience.
• Experience migrating HR processes from individual countries to a regional HR hub.
