Sr. Advisor Employee Master Data

What you will do

• Perform employee master data activities, including manual updates, reporting, and data quality controls.
• Create HR documents such as contracts, merit letters, and offer letters.
• Improve data management processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with development, Payroll, and PO&D partners to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Represent the Employee Master Data team in projects and Superuser meetings when applicable.
• Mentor new hires and junior colleagues and handle operationally critical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Workday experience is essential; knowledge of SAP or another HR system is required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to build solid relationships, take initiative, make informed decisions, and improve processes.
• Verbal and written English is required.
