Revenue Cycle Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based at the corporate office in Dallas, Texas, USA

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually

What you will do

• Maintain revenue reporting and validate data accuracy against underlying source outputs.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, schedules, and reports for executive management and field operations.
• Analyze large datasets and complex business rules to identify revenue capture and recognition gaps.
• Investigate root causes and recommend workflow or system improvements.
• Combine data from multiple sources to support growth and revenue targets.
• Support Finance and Revenue Cycle teams with special projects while protecting confidential health information.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of analytics experience, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Experience with RCM and SQL.
• Knowledge of Power BI, integrated software packages, and EHR or similar systems.
• Understanding of revenue cycle management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, mathematics, information or data sciences, or another analytical discipline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
