Data and Reporting Professional 2 (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $60,800–$82,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Generate ad hoc reports, recurring datasets, and report information for end users.
• Integrate data from multiple sources using database or data warehouse queries and scripts.
• Program and maintain report formats, dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and self-service information portals.
• Create report specifications based on business requests.
• Interpret reporting requirements and determine appropriate work methods with minimal direction.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of technical experience in data reporting.
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL and SAS.
• At least 1 year of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• In-depth Microsoft Excel knowledge, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools, with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States using a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information; internet service must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Nice to have

• Degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience with QlikView, Tableau, or additional Power BI use.
• Experience in managed care or healthcare.
• Experience in system analytics or data warehousing environments.
