Compliance Analytics & Innovation Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid office role at the Louisville, Kentucky Waterside building; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Evaluate emerging technologies and analytics capabilities that improve compliance oversight, risk monitoring, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions using Databricks-hosted data, including data exploration, SQL querying, validation, visualization, and executive reporting.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, anomalies, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with regulatory compliance stakeholders to gather requirements and implement reporting, process improvement, automation, and technology solutions.
• Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend refinements that reduce manual effort while maintaining compliance standards.
• Create documentation, presentations, job aids, and training materials to support adoption of new processes, dashboards, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, data science, computer science, information systems, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Power BI and SQL; experience with Excel, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience exploring, querying, validating, and reporting on Databricks-hosted data sources.
• Demonstrated process improvement experience related to efficiency, effectiveness, quality, or risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Experience using generative AI for productivity, process automation, data analysis, or decision support.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, CMS, and Department of Insurance requirements.
• Experience in compliance, audit, risk management, healthcare operations, enterprise data platforms, Azure data services, Databricks Genie, or executive KPI reporting.
