Incentive Manager - Retail, Business Banking & Contact Center

Salary: $107,500–$179,100 annual USD

What you will do

• Design and revise incentive compensation plans through complex analysis and management recommendations.
• Direct incentive payment programs for Retail Banking, Business Banking, and the Contact Center.
• Identify, mitigate, and eliminate operational risks in incentive processes.
• Manage a team of professionals, including staffing, performance management, development, and compensation recommendations.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports, maintain payment documentation, and manage budget-related reporting.
• Coordinate Internal Audit and regulatory responses, lead complex projects, and maintain incentive procedures and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or business plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and interact with personnel at all levels.
• Ability to work from and be based in Buffalo, New York.
