Analyst II, Workday ERP

Salary: $73,000–$98,000 base pay annually, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements with product owners, IT, vendors, finance, accounting, and operations teams.
• Create and maintain standard and custom financial reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, Worksheets, and Workday Prism.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and recommend optimized Workday system and process solutions.
• Support business cases, stakeholder and vendor meetings, solution evaluations, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate the timely implementation of process and technology changes, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
• Support the ERP system and infrastructure lifecycle, including monitoring, upgrades, continuous improvement, and end-of-life activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience.
• Three or more years of job-related experience.
• Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, dashboards, and worksheets.
• Experience with Workday business process or system design and implementation.
• Ability to ensure the accuracy and reliability of operational and financial data in Workday reports.

Nice to have

• Experience with system lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting a shared Workday HCM environment.
• Workday certifications or experience with Workday products outside reporting and analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools, ideally Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
