Compensation Analyst (Investment Compensation)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia. Hybrid workplace model with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

Salary range for New York City: $115,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive pay; total compensation varies by skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Analyze and administer base pay and incentive compensation programs in line with market practices and compensation strategy.
• Conduct job evaluations and recommend salary offers, promotions, pay adjustments, and retention actions.
• Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark investment roles using industry data.
• Support annual investment compensation processes, including incentive pool funding analysis, allocation modeling, and review of recommendations.
• Provide consultative guidance to HR, Finance, investment leaders, and business stakeholders on compensation decisions and policy interpretation.
• Generate compensation insights through HR technology platforms and support audits, reporting, and regulatory monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR, Finance, Compensation, or related analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-consulting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex datasets.
• Working knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and compensation surveys.
• Proactive approach with ownership of projects and continuous process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
