Incentive Comp Associate Senior

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH

Base salary: $40,000–$87,500 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Administer and execute non-annual incentive compensation programs for applicable business segments.
• Prepare incentive compensation analytics, models, and insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Audit and test incentive inputs and outputs to maintain compliance with internal controls.
• Recommend enhancements to existing controls and help create new controls.
• Research and communicate responses to field inquiries.
• Lead cross-functional projects that improve employee awareness and understanding of incentive programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, analytics, and PowerPoint.
• Experience or knowledge in compensation administration, incentive programs, data analysis, internal controls, payroll processing, and process improvement.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, business analytics, and project management skills.
