Compensation Analytics & Technology Coordinator (AI)

Location: Winter Haven, Florida, United States of America; additional listed locations include Charleston, South Carolina, and Miami, Florida.

Salary: $116,153–$185,543 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain compensation dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and analytical tools.
• Support Workday, HRIS, data integrations, and scalable self-service reporting in partnership with HR, Technology, vendors, and business leaders.
• Design technology-enabled processes for incentive eligibility, goal administration, participant management, payout validation, reporting, and audit documentation.
• Evaluate practical applications of AI, automation, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies for compensation decisions and workforce analytics.
• Establish compensation data governance, quality controls, workflow documentation, and reporting standards.
• Contribute analytics and technology expertise to job architecture, salary structures, market pricing, compensation roadmaps, and workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
• Three or more years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, workforce analytics, HR technology, data reporting, or business analytics preferred.
• Experience with compensation planning, salary administration, incentive compensation, market pricing, dashboards, reporting, or process automation preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems, data integrations, workflow documentation, data quality practices, and compensation technology; Workday experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential compensation and employee information, communicate technical information clearly, and coordinate multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• CCP or PMP certification.
• Certification in compensation, HR analytics, Workday, data analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or a related field.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, machine learning concepts, or emerging technology applications.
