Branch Manager - Edgewater, CO (Banking)

Location: Edgewater, Colorado, United States; office-based

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage all facets of branch sales, customer service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues toward production, retention, service, and business development goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business relationships and refer customers to relevant banking partners.
• Develop consumer and business banking opportunities through calling programs, community involvement, and internal partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, resources, operational controls, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
• Use banking technology and digital channels to identify and present sales and service opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and colleague-development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to increase retention.
