Branch Manager, Jackson, NJ

Location: Jackson, New Jersey, United States; onsite branch work with hours that may include weekends and evenings.

Annual base pay: $60,000–$102,500 USD.

What you will do

• Lead overall branch performance, sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies, manage prospect and customer pipelines, and grow customer relationships.
• Coach, develop, hire, retain, and motivate branch employees across job families.
• Analyze branch performance data and use digital tools to improve customer interactions and business outcomes.
• Manage schedules, escalated customer issues, branch operations, and support nearby branches when needed.
• Maintain compliance, risk management, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies and banking regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of successful retail bank sales management or related banking operations experience, or 5 years of retail sales management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment.
• Proven sales leadership, team coaching, relationship-building, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, compliance regulations, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience as a branch manager or in a similar sales leadership position.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
